This App for Cooperative Banks is operated by Jambopay Express Private Limited, operating/trading in the name of “FidyPay”, hereinafter referred as “We/Our/Us”. FidyPay is ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certified, which makes your Personal Data more secure.

No Third-Party may access, or process sensitive personal information held by FidyPay without first having entered into a Confidentiality Agreement with FidyPay.

a. Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
b. App/Application means the software program provided by FidyPay to You on any electronic device, named Cooperative Bank.

    • FidyPay limits access to personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and third parties that have a legitimate business need for such access.
    • FidyPay never publicly disclose any personal and sensitive user data related to financial or payment activities or any government identification numbers.

FidyPay does not share your personal data with third parties without your prior consent  other than:

  • With third parties who work on our behalf provided such third parties adhere to the data protection principles set out in the IT Act, 2000 and other applicable national and state laws, or enter into a written agreement with FidyPay requiring that the third party provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by such principles;
  • To comply with laws or to respond lawful requests and legal process;
  • To protect the rights and property of FidyPay and its Merchants, Partners and others including to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of use;
  • In an emergency, including to protect the personal safety of any person; and
  • For the purpose of business deal (or negotiation of a business deal) involving the sale or transfer of all or a part of our business or assets (business deals may include any merger, financing, acquisition, divestiture, or bankruptcy transaction or proceeding

FidyPay does not provide links to any other websites or apps that are not operated by us.
